绿色：100% - 90%（不容忍零容忍或违反关键行为）
批准条件/24个月，没有纠正行动计划,下一次半宣布的全面再审计在24个月后（*除高风险国家，必须每年审计）
Green:90% - 100% (no Zero Tolerance or Critical violations)
“Approved” = audit will suffice for *24 months with no corrective action plan Next semi-unannounced full re-audit in *24 months (*except high risk countries which must be audited EVERY year)


黄色：60% < 90%
批准条件/ 12个月
下半年未宣布全面再审核12个月
Yellow:60% - <90%
Approved with conditions/ 12 month CAP

橙色：< 60%个关键的违规行为（没有零容忍违规行为）
批准条件/ 6个月
