1 产品开发 / Product Design    
1.1. 组织      
1.1.1    是否有专业的、足够的R&D团队(学历&经验)?
Is there a special and adequate team for Research & Design? (educational background & experience)　
1.2. 流程及系统      
1.2.1    是否有有效的设计系统/流程(对于成本、生产和客户的设计)? Is there a effective design system/ flow (Design for cost, design for manufacturing and design for customer )?
1.2.2    是否有一个专业的设计质量验証单位(DQA), 针对设计不同阶段都有验証和检讨？是否有相应的测试报告和记录? Is there a professional design quality assurance department for validation and review in different design phases? Are there relating test report and records?
1.2.3    新产品量产前是否制定规格书? 根据不同的零件特性及产品特性, 是否制定相应测试标准和项目? 是否有相应的测试报告和记录? Is the specification made before MP of new product? According to different component character and parameter, are there relating test standards and test items? Are there relating test report and records?
1.2.4    "开发阶段的问题点是否持续跟进及结案? 重大的案例分析是否做成报告做教育训练及经验传存.

1.3. 设计能力      
 1.3.1     是否有技术发展方向存在？产品是否有可持续发展计划？ Does a technology roadmap exist? Is product development schedule followed?  
 1.3.2     是否有合理的程序为技术交流/发行和专利申请？是否有效的贯彻实施？Is there a proper procedure for technology communication / publishing and patent application? Is it be implemented adquately and effectively? (Take an example)
 1.4. 设计管控      
 1.4.1     是否有专业的、足够的实验室来作研究？是否有足够的信赖性（可靠性）测试仪器？ Is there a special and adequate Lab for Research ? are there some adequate reliability test equipment? Life test etc……  ？
 1.4.2      是否具备新产品的图纸设计及产出标准作业规范的能力？Do you have the capability to create your own Manufacturing Drawings and Work Instructions for new projects?
